Our role

Novaire Aviation operates as an aircraft charter broker and aviation services provider. Flights are performed by licensed third-party aircraft operators that retain full operational control of each flight.

This distinction matters. We arrange your charter and coordinate it end to end, but we do not operate aircraft. The operator holds the air operator certificate, employs the crew, and retains full operational control of the flight, including all decisions relating to its safe conduct.

Quotes and availability

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell a flight, a guarantee of availability, or a binding price. Aircraft descriptions, capacity ranges, and specifications are indicative and vary by operator and airframe.

Submitting the quote form creates a request, not a booking. We will come back to you with options. A charter is confirmed only once terms are agreed in writing and any required payment is made, at which point the applicable charter agreement governs the flight.

Using this website

Please use this site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, submit false or automated enquiries, or interfere with other users. We may withdraw access where a submission appears fraudulent or abusive.

The content, branding, and design of this site belong to Novaire Aviation unless stated otherwise.

Accuracy

We keep the information here as accurate as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current at every moment. Confirm anything you intend to rely on with our team before acting on it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Novaire Aviation is not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content, or for the acts and omissions of the third-party operators who perform flights. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
